1 in 4 homes in the U.S. is at risk of wildfire disaster.

It is not a matter of if, but when the next disaster will occur. We want to make sure everyone is informed and prepared.

Wildfire Affects Us All

This 100-year old home, located in the Los Angeles metro area, recently (barely) survived the wildfires that devastated entire cities. Nearly miraculously, it withstood the flames that were across the street. As fire risk continues to increase due to changing climate patterns, it may not be so fortunate the next time around. It is not a matter of if, but when the next disaster will occur. We want to make sure everyone is informed and prepared.

A Multi-Platform Program

This New House is a new multi-platform program, designed to reach homeowners and industry professionals where they are at, whether that is network television, OTT, or social media. This New House produces compelling digital and broadcast content for the companies that are trying to bring these innovative new products and services to the largest audience possible. Raising awareness of emerging technologies and services that can solve the unique challenges facing homeowners today, and prepare them for the unknowns of tomorrow.

Educate and Empower

For homeowners in real life and real time:

Taking a DIY approach, we will educate audiences on the feasibility of upgrading their homes, showing them what is actually possible. They will be able to see the reality of the challenges, and the possibilities present in projects, to convert viewers to active participants.

Reset Throwaway Culture

Developers typically will purchase a home that needs extensive work, flip the home, then sell for a profit. In the process adding little to no value to the home aside from aesthetic improvements. This leaves the average buyer with increasingly less options with their limited budget and abilities, and the city with rising prices for vulnerable properties. This project keeps the existing home intact, and prepares it for the future, celebrating extended repurposing and sustainability.
